The focus of this CE Course is to ensure that Brokers are aware of changes in Real Estate Law

Learning Objectives:  Brokers are instructed in how Real Estate law changes and what changes, both locally and nationally, have happened recently.  Brokers are given an over-view of Brokerage Relationships.  Brokers are advised to stay within their area of expertise and to consult a lawyer on outside issues.  Brokers are also given a summary of recent significant changes to licensing rules and regulations.
