Brokers are given an over-view of Brokerage Relationships. Brokers are advised to stay within their area of expertise and to consult a lawyer on outside issues. Brokers are also given a summary of recent significant changes to licensing rules and regulations.

Learning Objectives: Understand the different types of Sales Contracts and ensure that the Broker is using the correct contract in the correct manner.

2018 Colorado Annual Commission Update

This course is required for all brokers every year. The Annual Commission Update course must be completed by 12/31/2018.
This Broker Reactivation course, once completed and passed, can be used to satisfy the continuing education requirement for licensees who wish to activate or reinstate their licenses after being inactive or expired less than 37 months when they have not maintained their continuing education requirements.
Active licensees may take this course during every other license cycle, to meet their continuing education requirements in lieu of rule B‐2 (a).
