This Broker Reactivation course, once completed and passed, can be used to satisfy the continuing education requirement for licensees who wish to activate or reinstate their licenses after being inactive or expired less than 37 months when they have not maintained their continuing education requirements.

Active licensees may take this course during every other license cycle, to meet their continuing education requirements in lieu of rule B‐2 (a).

This course is required for all brokers every year.  The Annual Commission Update course must be completed by 12/31/2022.
